There are lots of Perch around Wheatley right now. Just past the yellow buoy in about 13' of water got us about 130 Perch 8-13" last night. We moved
4 or 5 times before getting into them.
All I do is catch fish.........

where can I launch my boat at in wheatly and buy my minnows? Thanks for the info.
I believe Jesus walked on water. It was January out on Mitchells bay when he blessed it with jumbo perch.

A buddy picked them up at Al's in St.Clair Beach. We used pieces of minnows. Heads, tails, bodies it didn't matter.

If you head down rd 1 from Tilbury, you will hit a set of lights in Wheatley. Pass thru the lights and continue to the end of the rd, the last right
before the pier and take the first left to get to the launch.
If you want minnows Bowmans Feed in Wheatley which is just east of the lights in town on the main drag on the north side of the rd.
From Leamington - take highway 3 (Talbot Rd) out to Wheatley and turn right at the lights for the pier or straight thru the lights to get minnows.
Good luck,
Bass
